AGENCY MANAGER: Mr Richard Wagman is multilingual, and a translator and interpreter by training, with over 20 years of experience facilitating international communication. He is Canadian of origin, and a citizen of France and of the world. His academic background includes a BA degree from Toronto-based York University. Before working in France, Mr Wagman lived and worked as a translator and interpreter in English Canada and Quebec, Latin America, the U.S.A. and Great Britain.
